During the morning of Saturday, August 4, 9am to 1pm, the water harvesting system will be installed at Alice's Garden....and volunteers are needed!

In partnership with the Water Harvesting Cooperative of Milwaukee, and with financial support from Fox Point Lutheran Church, several rain barrels and large water totes will be added to the pavilion and each tool shed to gather the rain (whenever it decides to return) to help water our gardens. We are also working with UW-Milwaukee to install a new cistern/tote design, that will be piloted at Alice's Garden.

We hope some of you will lend a hand on August 4th.
