Come dance with us, develop your movement skills and build confidence as a performer! MPT's experienced teachers guide you through a variety of dance styles as a warm up, then focus on specific skills and dance forms. Wear workout clothing or dancewear and athletic or flexible soled shoes. For ages 13 years and older. Groups welcome.
