Join us for a VERY busy night at Alice's Garden! First of all....it is our monthly potluck time. Please come and bring a prepared dish to share, or something to put on the grill. Call me if you need ideas!

Below is a schedule of activities for the evening. I hope you will find one or two or three you and/or your family can connect with!

5:30pm "Let's Refresh Milwaukee" Members of the City of Milwaukee's "Green Team," working with the Office of Environmental Sustainability, will be present to share information with us, but more importantly, to get our input as the City creates a Sustainability Plan. It is important that our voices be heard! Come learn, share and complete the city's sustainability survey.

6:00pm Healthy Moms, Healthy Kids! Mothers with young children are invited to come tend to the HMHK garden plots, harvest vegetables for home, and engage in activities to keep your family healthy.

6:30pm Family Yoga with Stephanie Sandy! All are welcome to stretch mind and body.

7:00pm A Personal Journey: The Hidden Symptoms of Gluten, with Ylonda Glover Come learn how gluten effects your body and what you are able to do about it!
